Key Responsibilities:
📸 Content Creation & Execution
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for each brand
- Create original content (graphics, short-form video, Reels, Stories, static posts)
- Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and escalate concerns as needed
- Capture content in the field at events, job sites, or business locations
- Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to each platform and audience
- Manage and optimize paid social advertising, including boosted posts, retargeting, and lead generation
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to inform creative direction
- Coordinate content rollouts for promotions, events, and key milestones
- Track post performance using native analytics and scheduling tools
- Analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) to assess effectiveness
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting wins, challenges, and recommendations
- Use insights to refine content and improve results
- Partner with internal stakeholders, designers, and marketing leadership to maintain brand consistency
- Align messaging with the broader goals of each business unit
- Support integrated campaigns by repurposing social content for email, web, and print
- Attend occasional events or openings to capture real-time, behind-the-scenes content
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital strategy
- Strong portfolio of on-brand content across various platforms
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, or Buffer
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple brand voices simultaneously
- Willingness to travel locally to business locations and attend occasional evening/weekend events
- Experience managing social media for multi-location or multi-industry brands
- Light graphic design or video editing portfolio
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles, and email marketing tools is a plus
