About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC skills to support the daily operations of our apartment community. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the property is well-maintained, systems are functioning properly, and residents receive excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, etc.)
Complete work orders and perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair
Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed in a timely and professional manner
Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs
Maintain the appearance and safety of the community grounds and amenities
Assist with apartment turnovers and preventative maintenance programs
Completed other assignments as requested

Qualifications:

HVAC certification (EPA Universal or Type II preferred)
2+ years of residential maintenance or HVAC experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
Ability to work on-call and flexible hours as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
